  1. TRIAL USE LICENSE

  3. sTOP tHAT is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
  4. wave software.  This software and accompanying documentation are
  5. protected by United States copyright law and also by international
  6. treaty provisions.

  8. wave software grants you a limited license to use this software
  9. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.  If you
  10. continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation period,
  11. you MUST make a registration payment to wave software.
  12.  
  13. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  14. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  15. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
  16. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
  17. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to wave software.

  20. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  22. The following may distribute sTOP tHAT, completely unaltered, without
  23. further permission: Compuserve, GENIE, America Online, Prodigy, any
  24. ASP distributor; for other cases or to distribute in modified
  25. form, you must consult the attached data record, which is hereby
  26. incorporated by reference.  Any distribution satisfying all the
  27. distribution requirements expressed in that data record is hereby
  28. authorized.

  30. Permission to distribute the sTOP tHAT package is not transferable,
  31. assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing to
  32. distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of this
  33. limited distribution license.

  35. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  36. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  37. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  38. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  39. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  40. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
